Welcome to the Kincaid Manor blog. It truly means a lot that you would take a few minutes out of your day to read along. My hope is that what you find here is not only helpful, but something you genuinely enjoy.

I want to begin by sharing a little about Kincaid Manor and the heart behind it.

Our desire in creating this venue has always been simple: to bless and serve our couples and their guests well. From the moment you arrive, we hope you feel it—that sense of peace, warmth, and joy. A place where you can breathe, be present, and truly soak in every moment.

Nestled on 16 acres just half a mile from the interstate, Kincaid Manor offers a quiet, tucked-away feel without being far from anything. We’re conveniently located for couples and guests coming from North Mississippi, East Mississippi, Memphis, Collierville, and even Arkansas—yet when you’re here, it feels like you’ve stepped away from the noise of everyday life.

Our chapel is often what people remember most. With its beautiful wall of windows and natural light, it creates an intimate setting where every ceremony feels meaningful and personal. While it’s cozy in feel, it comfortably seats up to 150 guests. And for those dreaming of an outdoor ceremony, we offer a stunning space outside—along with a thoughtful backup plan, so weather never has to bring stress into your day.

When it comes to your reception, there’s room to truly enjoy the celebration. From the deck to the covered patio, from gathering around the fire pit to celebrating inside our reception hall—also surrounded by windows—you and your guests have space to move, connect, and make memories. No matter the season or the weather, there’s always a way to create a beautiful indoor/outdoor experience.

One of the most special parts of the day comes after the celebration winds down. Instead of rushing off, our couples have the option to stay onsite in our Honeymoon Suite. There’s something so meaningful about lingering just a little longer—sitting together on the screened porch, overlooking the place where your day unfolded, and letting it all sink in. It slows everything down in the best way and allows your first night as husband and wife to feel just as intentional as the rest of your day.

As a family-owned business, we are thoughtful and intentional in everything we do. We’re always looking for ways to serve our couples better. We just added a lodging option in April 2026 and now one of the things we’re especially excited about is our newest addition—Groom’s Garage—which we’re planning to have ready in Fall 2026.

Creating a beautiful experience while still offering great value is always a priority for us.

We’ve been incredibly blessed to host over 250 weddings so far, and at any given time, we’re walking alongside around 50 couples as they plan their big day.
